Our "Home Care" property maintenance services

With our first class team we can prepare your holiday home ready for your arrival ensuring that the property is clean, aired, beds made up and the hot water turned on as well as food in the fridge if you so desire.

After a long day travelling we can start the holiday with all you, or your guests require.

Based in Caylus, with first hand local knowledge of the area, we are ideally situated to help maintain and clean your holiday home pool and garden and provide a local contact point for yourselves or your guests and clients.

Our services can include all or some of the following.

  • To arrange repairs to your home including call outs for the breakdown of appliances.

  • To arrange cleaning to the highest standard in between guest visits and rentals.

  • To manage security deposits with your commercial clients and provide a key holding service.

  • To provide other services to your guests or clients including basic information about the area, services, shops etc.

  • To be your point of contact on the ground in case of emergencies.

  • To handle and report back any commercial client complaints

  • To provide a linen and towel laundry service

  • To offer a basic grocery welcome pack to your guests or commercial clients on arrival

  • To carry out monthly checks on your holiday home throughout the year ensuring it is safe and secure.

  • To provide regular reports in English on our activities

  • To cut the grass and weed and take care of your garden on a regular basis

  • To arrange the cleaning, care and maintenance of your swimming pool including winterisation and summer opening.

  • We have been very successful in assisting in the promotion of and bookings for our clients' holiday rental properties on the web and at a local level
